Community Relations

The mission of Community Relations is to foster a positive and proactive military and civilian relationship between the 24th MEU and the world around us. Our Community Relations program strives to boost the public's awareness of the unique elements and contributions of the Marine Corps through direct interaction with Marines, sailors and their families. At the heart of our community relations program are the individual Marines who continue to make an impact in our neighboring communities. Positive contributions take place daily, through many different outlets such as, individual volunteerism, unit participation in worthwhile programs such as non-profit groups like Habitat for Humanity, speakers, flyovers for local events.
