A morning sun glares through a pack of clouds as AV-8B Harriers and MV-22 Ospreys from Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron 162 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, quietly rest aboard USS Nassau sailing through the Caribbean Sea Feb. 7. The 24th MEU has been assisting in relief efforts in Haiti sinc late last month and went out to sea for a resupply. 24th MEU is one most expedient and self-sustaining units capable of supporting an array of missions from humanitarian aid to combat operations.
