A Light Armored Vehicle from BLT 1/8 speeds to its firing position while Col. Ron Johnson, Commanding Officer of the 24th MEU and U.S. Navy Capt. Sinclair Harris, Commadore of the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group watch Marines conducting a Light Armored Vehicle Assault course at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. The two commanders are here to witness training the 24th MEU's ground combat and service support elements are conducting in preparation for the MEU's upcoming deployment with the Iwo Jima ESG.
