Cpl. Ryan Tobey, 23, a Kansas City, Mo. native, works at his computer in the Joint Task Force Enabler's operations tent during an exercise in the Central Command theater of operation. Tobey is assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit which is currently in the middle of a scheduled 6 month deployment to the Central Command theater of operation.
