30 Jun 2000 | Sgt. Kevin Dolloson 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit

Several military dignitaries and distinguished visitors from all ten nations participating in NATO's Exercise Cooperative Partner 2000 visited the training area June 30.  Dignitaries from other armed forces and nations attended as well and received a PowerPoint slide overview of the entire exercise, followed by a tour of the Humanitarian Assistance Site, the French Field Hospital and several security check point training classes.

Once they completed the training area tour, they were all flown by CH-46 helicopter to the USS Trenton for a tour of the ship.
