Marines and Sailors with Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, make their way towards a CH-53E Super Stallion with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron VMM-261 (Reinforced), 24th MEU, prior to conducting a simulated an air field seizure at the Farmville Municipal Airport Jan. 13, 2012. The 24th MEU is participating in their Realistic Urban Training (RUT) exercise, scheduled from Jan. 5-20, which has the unit conducting off-base missions near the town of Farmville to prepare for the various missions they may face during deployment.
