Sailors wit USS MEsa Verde hold lines to a tent while 24th MEU Marines pound stakes into the ground. Over a six-day span 43 tents were constructed and medical equipment was moved in to complete an interim medical facility where patients will be transferred to after initial care is provided aboard naval vessels.
