The MEU Chaplain, LCDR Carl Stamper, and his Navy enlisted religious program specialist strive to meet the spiritual needs of the Marines and Sailors by facilitating religious services afloat and ashore and, when necessary, provide counsel and guidance to individual Marines or Sailors.
