The 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Force Reconnaissance team poses with their trophy after earning first place in the 2nd Annual Warrior Competition hosted by King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC) in Jordan May 9, 2010.  A team from the Force Reconnaissance Platoon and a team from the Battalion Recon Platoon competed in various relays against Special Forces units from foreign countries, testing their communication, marksmanship and team work.  The 24th MEU is currently on a seven-month deployment with the Nassau Amphibious Ready Group, and is currently serving as the theatre reserve force for Central Command.
