In order to remain proficient in the new martial arts training, Marines from Marine Expeditionary Unit Service Support Group 24 recently practiced strikes and blows at Base Camp Warrior, Robins Air Force Base, Ga.Marines attached to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit engaged in throws, kicks, strikes and blows to meet the requirements required to achieve their next belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.The Marines are at Robins AFB to participate in the Training in an Urban Environment Exercise (TRUEX) in nearby Macon, Ga. The exercise is part of their required training prior to embarking on a routine six-month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea.
